3. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Each ticket includes a unique QR code for entry — sharing or duplicating this code may result in denied entry
- NeSocial reserves the right to cancel bookings suspected of fraud
- Refunds for cancelled events will be processed within 7–10 business days
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website's operation
- Submit false or misleading information
- Resell tickets at inflated prices without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Event Disclaimer
NeSocial acts as a ticketing platform. The event organizer is responsible for the event's execution, safety, and quality. NeSocial is not liable for event cancellations, delays, or issues at the venue unless NeSocial is the direct organizer.
8. Third-Party Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services for payments, communications, and hosting. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
